YOUNG LADY, the armchair with seat and backrest in Vienna cane, is supported by the characteristic three-
leg structure. The design originates from two elements, that are only apparently separated from a formal
point of view: the swivel tripod made of light die-cast aluminium, furnished with a visible shock-absorbing
mechanism, and the enveloping shell made of Viennese cane stretched over a solid wooden frame. The
intrinsic aesthetic and functional features make Young lady ideal for a variety of settings and uses, from home
living spaces to home office.
La struttura a tre gambe sostiene la YOUNG LADY, la poltroncina con seduta e schienale in paglia di Vienna.
Il progetto si compone di due elementi solo apparentemente distinti dal punto di vista formale: il treppiede
rotante in pressofusione leggera di alluminio, munito di un meccanismo ammortizzante a vista, e la scocca
avvolgente in paglia di Vienna, tesa su un telaio in legno massello. Le sue innate qualità estetiche e funzionali
rendono Young lady ideale per i più diversi ambienti e occasioni d'uso, dalla zona living all’home office.
