Freestanding bathtub / Vasca freestanding
In 2008, the wellness oasis on Vieques
Island where Patricia Urquiola designed
the interiors for the W Hotel, offered the
inspiration for the creation of the Vieques
bathtub. A ready-made tribute to the bathtub
of yesteryear that has become a classic
of contemporary design. Made of steel,
painted in white or with a dark grey or light
grey exterior, it can be completed with an
iroko shelf and backrest. The stainless steel
version now also allows outdoor use, in
combination with the washbasin of the same
name.

Island dove Patricia Urquiola firma gli
interiors per il W Hotel, offre lo spunto per
la realizzazione della vasca Vieques. Un
omaggio ready made alla vasca da bagno
d’altri tempi divenuta un classico del design
contemporaneo. Realizzata in acciaio,
verniciata in bianco o con esterno grigio
scuro o grigio chiaro, può essere completata
da una mensola e da un poggiaschiena
in iroko. La versione in acciaio inox ne
permette ora anche l’utilizzo outdoor, in
combinazione all’omonimo lavabo.
