Dante Donegani è nato a Pinzolo (Trento)
nel 1957 e si è laureato in Architettura
a Firenze nel 1983. Lavora dal 1987 al
1991 nella Corporate Identity Olivetti.
Dal 1991 è Direttore del Master in Design
di Domus Academy a Milano. Nel 1992
apre lo studio D&L con Giovanni Lauda.
Disegna prodotti per varie aziende tra
cui Memphis, Stildomus, Isuzu, Steel e
Luceplan, Le Cose Nostre, Edra, Radice
e Viceversa.
Dante Donegani was born in Pinzolo
(Trento) in 1957. He earned a degree
in Architecture in Florence in 1983. He
worked from 1987 to 1991 for Olivetti
Corporate Identity department. Since
1991 he has been the director of the
master’s program in design at the Domus
Academy in Milan. In 1992 he opened
the D&L Studio together with Giovanni
Lauda. He has designed products for
Luceplan, Edra, Radice, Viceversa and
Rotaliana.

Giovanni Lauda è nato nel 1956 a Napoli,
dove si è laureato in Architettura. Dopo aver
conseguito il Master in Design alla Domus
Academy di Milano, ha fatto parte dal 1988
al 1991 dello studio Morozzi & Partners. Dal
1992 al 2018 ha diretto con Dante Donegani
lo studio di progettazione D&L. Ha realizzato
prodotti nel settore domestico e dell’ufficio,
allestimenti di mostre e allestimenti
commerciali. Ha svolto attività didattica in
Italia e all’estero e collaborato con numerose
riviste italiane e straniere. Vive e lavora a
Milano.
Giovanni Lauda was born in 1956 in Naples,
Italy, where he received a degree in
Architecture. After obtaining his Master in
Design from the Domus Academy of Milan,
he worked from 1988 to 1991 with Morozzi
& Partners. From 1992 to 2018 together with
Dante Donegani he directed the design firm
D&L. He has created products for the home
and for the office as well as exhibition and
commercial installations. He has taught in
Italy and abroad and has written articles for
many Italian and foreign magazines.
He works and lives in Milan.

Paolo Dell’Elce (1983) è un progettista
specializzato in prodotto, mobile e
illuminazione. Studia Disegno Industriale
presso il Politecnico di Milano e la Oslo
School of Architecture and Design. Il
suo lavoro è stato pubblicato a livello
internazionale, ha ricevuto premi e
riconoscimenti tra cui un Red Dot Award:
Product Design e una Menzione d’Onore
al Premio Compasso d’Oro 2014, ed è
stato esposto in prestigiose istituzioni
come la Triennale di Milano, Museo
Poldi Pezzoli di Milano, Museo dell’Ara
Pacis di Roma e la Kunstraum Muenchen
di Monaco. Dal 2011 al 2014 è stato
responsabile del Design della storica
azienda Italiana Danese Milano. Dal
2015 dirige il team di design degli arredi
presso David Chipperfield Architects
Milano.
Paolo Dell’Elce (1983) is an Industrial
designer based in Milan, Italy specialized
in furniture, lighting and product
design. His work has been published
internationally, has received design
awards including a honorable mention
for 2014 Compasso d’Oro and the Red
Dot Award: Product Design, and has been
exhibited in prestigious institutions as
Triennale di Milano, Museo Poldi Pezzoli
in Milan, Museo dell’Ara Pacis in Rome,
Kunstraum Muenchen in Munich. From
2011 to 2014 he was Creative Director
of historic Italian company Danese
Milano. From 2015 he leads the furniture
design team at David Chipperfield
Architects in Milan.
