Nel 1990 apre la Iosa Ghini Associati, che oggi opera internazionalmente, sviluppando progetti per grandi gruppi e developer internazionali e occupandosi di design di prodotto, interiors e architettura. Massimo Iosa Ghini, Ambasciatore del Design Italiano e del Red Dot Network, Socio Effettivo del Comitato Leonardo e della Accademia Clementina, ha ricevuto il Premio Marconi per la Creatività nel 2015.
