The Urban Redevelopment Authority Architectural Heritage Award-winning building’s original
design features a diverse mix of Chinese, Malay and European elements. Guests are in for an
elegant surprise when they enter the hotel, which features large theatrical gold fans and bold
shades of black, gold and yellow, layered with oriental screens and calligraphic wallpaper from
Anouska’s personal collection.
In keeping with the rich Asian history, yet presented with Anouska Hempel’s luminous vision,
Duxton Reserve, Autograph Collection boasts 49 guest rooms and suites. Zonca Lighting has
helped illuminate each one with its custom creations, designed by Anouska Hempel herself,
making each one completely unique, so no two are exactly alike.
