Visionnaire: In The World 2013, 111 151

Okko is Mondo Marine’s latest 41 metre aluminium motor
yacht, designed with Greek architect Giorgio Vafiadis. The interior
design concept is contemporary classic, with the bold, elegant
stylistic choices used throughout the entire yacht to give a feeling
of continuity. In this prestigious project, where the luxury of the
materials complements the elegance of the furnishings, Visionnaire’s
interpretation enhances the frake wood paneling and the sartorial
matrix of the project with a number of “best of” pieces.
These include the Ginevra sofa, which inhabits the main deck saloon
with style, delineating the conversation area, while Zantas wall lights
feature in the living and dining areas. In the bedrooms, Excalibur
lamps complement the paneling and large beds, casting a soft glow
in pure neo-gothic style. Large sofas in the conversation areas are
flanked by Avalon armchairs, whose polished steel legs demonstrate
a perfect affinity of intent - to reflect the luxurious, but elegant style
of Okko owners.
