firmata VENINI si chiama Balloton: una lavorazione
unica che ricrea con il vetro l’effetto matelassé. I
Monofiori vengono lavorati a mano, soffiati e finiti
con un filo colorato applicato a caldo che racchiude il
decoro e lascia aperta la porta dello stupore.
It looks soft, yet it’s glass. The optical illusion signed
by VENINI is called Balloton: a unique technique that
recreates the quilted effect with glass. The Monofiori
are handcrafted, blown, and finished with a colored
thread applied hot, enclosing the decoration and
leaving the door to wonder open.
