Come piante dei luoghi desertici.
Come architetture futuristiche.
I Ritagli utilizzano una tecnica
vetraria ideata da Fulvio Bianconi,
la più innovativa e suggestiva
del
Novecento:
piccole
strisce
rettangolari di vetro applicate una
sull’altra su una base a tronco di
cono soffiata e lavorata a mano.
Verde iridato e Acquamare, Sabbia
iridato e Rosso si incontrano su una
sagoma che sembra esserci da
sempre, eppure è datata 1989.

Futuristic architecture.
Ritagli uses a glassmaking technique
devised by Fulvio Bianconi, the most
innovative and suggestive of the
twentieth century: small rectangular
glass strips applied one on top of
the other, on a base of a truncated
cone which has been blown and
worked by hand. Iridescent Green
and Aquamarine, iridescent Sand and
Red meet on a contour that seems to
have always been in existence, yet it is
dated 1989.
