all’intuizione
del
direttore
artistico di Venini dal 1921 al 1925: il
pittore Vittorio Zecchin. L’artista si
inspirò a un dipinto del 1580 di Paolo
Veronese “Annunciazione”, per creare
quest’opera in vetro che ottenne un
grande successo, tanto da divenire
il logo dell’azienda e da restare, nel
tempo, un’icona senza tempo.
Blown for the first time in 1921, thanks
to the intuition of the art director of
Venini 1921-1925: the painter Vittorio
Zecchin. A 1580 painting by Paolo
Veronese, “Annunciation”, inspired the
artist to create this glasswork which
has achieved such great success that
it became the company logo and,
with time, a timeless icon.
