Dormo poco ma ovunque: su
qualsiasi mezzo in movi-
mento, in ogni luogo del
mondo, in montagna come
al mare. Dove c’è rumore, do-
ve c’è luce, o nell’oscurità e
nel silenzio totale della na-
tura. Il letto di casa dunque
è un luogo in cui penso al fu-
turo, che per mia natura ve-
do sempre meraviglioso.
Better dreaming per me si-
gnifica davvero lo spazio del
sogno, della visione. E co-
ordinare una collezione di let-
ti con questo nome non può
che rimandare il mio pensie-
ro a una serie di oggetti
dove chiunque, in qualsiasi
luogo, possa sognare sem-
pre meglio.
I don’t sleep much but I
sleep everywhere: on any
form of transport, any-
where in the world, whether
in the mountains or on the
sea. Where there’s noise,
where there’s light, or in
the dark or the absolute si-
lence of nature. When I’m in
my bed at home, my mind
wanders to the future and,
because I’m naturally a pos-
itive person, it is always
bright. For me Better dream-
ing really is a place for
dreams and visions. And co-
ordinating a bed collection
with a name like this inevita-
bly makes me think of ob-
jects which enable anyone,
anywhere, to dream better.

The Twils brand is deeply rooted in
an area with a tradition of pro-
duction excellence, whose manufac-
turing history is unique, strong, and
continuously evolving. We started
out making cushions, we became
familiar with materials and padding
techniques and developed our sar-
torial skills. We became highly skilled
and decided to take it to the next
level. The natural next step was to
start producing beds and sofas.
We turned comfort and softness in-
to an art form, so to speak. And
now we’re taking it to another level
again. With Better dreaming, we
want to go beyond our borders, our
international signature and our cos-
mopolitan style further afield, on to
the global market. We’re taking a
step out of our ‘soft’ comfort zone.
