That of Twils is a very Italian story. A compa-
ny rooted in the territory, with a short supply
chain linked to a mutually fed network of lo-
cal suppliers, in a potentially endless virtu-
ous circuit. Circular before the word became
of common use. Excellent in knowing how to
do before saying it.
Twils is like a tree: it takes care
of what it produces and what is around it, it
has solid roots but when needed is capable
of looking up towards the sky. A company that
produces upholstered furniture and that has
come a very long way in the most challeng-
ing way: the way built on the experience of
knowing how to do things. Perfecting the art
of padding cushions, crafting beds and ulti-
mately, testing their tailoring, aiming at fine
manufacturing and instinct for quality fabrics
in the world of living.
Quella di Twils è una storia molto italiana. Un’a-
zienda radicata nel territorio, a filiera corta,
che alimenta una rete di fornitori locali e si fa
alimentare da loro, in un circuito virtuoso po-
tenzialmente infinito. Circolare prima che la
parola diventasse di moda. Eccellente nel sa-
per fare prima del voler dire.
Twils è un po’ come un albero: si
prende cura di quello che produce e le sta in-
torno, ha radici solide ma quando serve guar-
da verso il cielo. Un’azienda che produce im-
bottiti e che ci è arrivata per la via più difficile:
quella costruita sull’esperienza di un saper
fare vero. Perfezionando l’arte dell’imbotti-
tura dei cuscini, poi dei letti e, in ultima bat-
tuta, mettendo a prova la propria sartoriali-
tà, per una manifattura pregiata e gusto per
i tessuti di qualità nel mondo del living.
