LEVIGATURA, ASSEMBLAGGIO E MARCATURA
In questa fase i portabiti vengono levigati utilizzando strumenti sempre più fini e rifiniti a mano con
panni speciali uno ad uno, finché la superficie non raggiunge la perfetta trasparenza e luminosità che
rendono il portabito simile a un diamante. È un’operazione che richiede grande manualità e attenzione
e da cui dipende la qualità del prodotto finito, che è ora pronto per essere assemblato con gancio e
accessori. Si passa infine alla marcatura, che viene realizzata con un apparecchio laser sofisticato, in
grado di incidere il plexiglass e riprodurre anche i marchi più complessi con precisione assoluta oppure
con altre tecniche come la tampografia o l’applicazione di loghi metallici o cristalli austriaci.
FINISHING, ASSEMBLY AND MARKING
In this phase the hangers are smoothed using a number of tools that become more and more refined
and are finished one by one by hand with a special cloth until the surface becomes perfectly transparent
and bright just like a diamond. This task requires great manual skills and attention because the quality of
the finished product depends on it. Now hangers are ready to be assembled with hook and accessories.
They finally go to the marking, which is made by a sophisticated laser device, able to engrave plexiglass
and reproduce even the most complex logos with absolute precision. Marking can be done also with
other techniques such as the pad printing or the application of metal logos or Austrian crystals.
