Villa Leoni is an exam-
ple of Larian Rationalism,
where geometric rigour
and materiality come to-
gether. A single volume
divided into several levels:
from the first floor of the
living space, where there
is a large, bright stair-
case, to the atrium lead-
ing to the sleeping area.
A luxurious setting on Lake
Como with an impressive
architectural trait.
Villa Leoni è un esempio di
Razionalismo Lariano dove rigore
geometrico e matericità si fondono. Un
unico volume diviso su più livelli: dal
primo piano dello spazio living, dove
si trova un’ampia e luminosa scala,
all’atrio che porta alla zona notte. Una
lussuosa cornice sul Lago di Como
dall’importante tratto architettonico.
