Hotels, like offices, are undergoing a strong evolution: they are
becoming places of conviviality, networking, remote working
and sociability. As Sitia, in this transformation we find a strong
link with our corporate philosophy, inspired by the concept of
‘the human contract’. We are committed to creating furnishings
that are not only functional but also tell stories, reflecting
human emotions and relationships. Each piece we create is
conceived to offer a “human” experience and embraces those
who use it transforming spaces into areas of inspiration
and well-being.
At Milan Design Week 2025 we created the Caleido Social Hotel,
a concept hotel that transforms the idea of hospitality into
an immersive and social experience. Curated by Caleido Diary
magazine and designed by MM Company, this space hosts a
selection of furniture and accessories. The project is configured
as a space with an analogue and highly Instagrammable flavour,
where design dialogues with the everyday life of social areas,
inviting visitors to experience the furnishings in a spontaneous
and natural way.
Anche gli hotel, così come
gli uffici, stanno vivendo una
forte evoluzione: diventano
luoghi di convivialità,

e socialità. E in questa
trasformazione, noi di Sitia
troviamo un forte legame
con la nostra filosofia
aziendale, ispirata al concetto
di “the human contract”.
Creiamo arredi che non
sono solo funzionali, ma
che raccontano storie, che
riflettano le emozioni e le
relazioni umane. Ogni pezzo
che creiamo è concepito
per offrire un’esperienza
“human”, che abbracci chi
lo utilizza trasformando gli
ambienti in spazi di ispirazione
e benessere.
Alla Milan Design Week 2025
abbiamo creato il Caleido
Social Hotel, un concept hotel
che trasforma l’idea
di ospitalità in un’esperienza

dal magazine Caleido Diary
e progettato da MM
Company, questo spazio
accoglie una selezione di arredi
e complementi. Il progetto si
configura come uno spazio
dal sapore analogico e
altamente Instagrammabile,
dove il design dialoga con la
quotidianità delle social areas,
invitando i visitatori a vivere
gli arredi in modo spontaneo
e naturale.
