Mathias Hoffmann, a German designer, has created a new multifunctional occasional table/stool for RIVA 1920. Indeed it is the customer who decides which end should be the seat or the base of the occasional table/stool (a choice to be made before ordering). The two “ends” of the occasional table/stool are in fact both made to perform the functions of table top or seat as well as the base having contact with the floor. BI is made of solid cedar-wood. Its surface is slightly wavy and the shape is obtained by using a digitally programmed machine and finishing by hand. Occasional table/stool available in two sizes: height 43 or 32 cm.
