Displayed at IMM Cologne 2015 in burr walnut, it is now presented in Briccola, wood endowed with its timeless elegance. The front face shows the pattern of the Briccola, highlighting the beauty of the “natural wood grooves” made by small molluscs called shipworms. Framing the piece, there is a sheet of natural iron coated with a transparent lacquer, which is repeated in the slender legs that raise it from the ground. The minimalism and modernity of the iron contrast with the vibrant “personality” and the traditionalism of the burr wood. Rialto Fly is composed of two side units with doors and central drawers, all operated by a push&pull system. The oak interior area is customizable.
