VIVA
Il 5 settembre 2019 è stato inaugurato VIVA, il ristorante
al secondo piano di Eataly Milano Smeraldo, della Chef
stellata Viviana Varese. Sempre “vivo” il legno di Riva
1920, protagonista del nuovo ristorante, affiancato al
tavolo Kauri, simbolo di nuova vita e ritorno alla luce,
disegnato da Renzo e Matteo Piano.
On 5 September 2019, VIVA was inaugurated, the
restaurant on the second floor of Eataly Milano
Smeraldo, by the starred Chef Viviana Varese. The wood
of Riva 1920, the protagonist of the new restaurant, is
always “alive” along-side the Kauri table, a symbol of new
life and a return to light, designed by Renzo and Matteo
Piano.
