A strongly technological-looking projector, resulting
from a reconsideration of the classical industrial
high-bay luminaires, enriched with innovative functions
and installation solutions.
Technical specifications
Sail (336 mm length and 190 mm diameter) is composed
of two main elements in drawn aluminium, closed at
both ends.
The front part houses the optical components, whereas
the other accommodates the ballast.
The luminaire is fitted with a front louver in highly
resistant tempered glass.
The reflector is made of super-pure oxidized and polished
aluminium. The gaskets in silicone material make this
luminaire resistant both to liquid and solid elements.
Its special structural configuration ensures a high degree
of protection - IP 65 - which means that the luminaire is
weatherproof and resistant even to particularly difficult
environmental conditions.
All accessory closing and hooking screws are of stainless
steel. The luminaire flexibility of use, ideal both for indoor
and outdoor spaces, is expanded by the possibility of
varying the installation solutions: ceiling, wall and pole.
The wall-mounted type develops direct or indirect light
through the use of reflecting panel in fibreglass
reinforced resin.
On pole, different solutions can be provided, by mounting
one, two or three in-line projectors.
Sail uses 70W and 150W metal halide discharge lamps
and is supplied with a PF-corrected electromechanical
ballast. To guarantee a high level of safety, it is made in
insulation Class II .
Three types of optical
components allow to
choose among light cones
with different width:
12°, 36°, and 52° (codes
5101 and 5102).
