FLEX
TABLE LAMPS
• Most table lamps are wired with Silver, Brown or Charcoal silk
flex. Some pieces have colour co-ordinated flex i.e. Magenta.
Flex colours are listed on each individual product entry.
CEILING LIGHTS
• Ceiling lights are also supplied with colour co-ordinated flex.

DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHTS
• Porta Romana products are all made by hand which means
that variations will occur. Dimensions and weights are provided
as a guide.
• Where a dimension is shown as an approximate value, i.e. the
blown glass products, the variation can be as much as 35mm.
• Where dimensions are shown in inches they are rounded to the
nearest 1/4”.
• HEIGHT OF TABLE LAMP is always measured from the base of
the item to the bottom of the lamp holder.
• HEIGHT WITH SHADE is measured from the base of the item
to the top of the lampshade.
• BASE DIMENSIONS are shown as width x depth unless
otherwise specified.
• HEIGHT OF WALL LIGHT is measured from the base of the
item to the bottom of the lamp holder OR to the top of the
product (whichever is the highest).
• PROJECTION OF WALL LIGHT includes the recommended
lampshade.
• TOTAL DROP OF CHANDELIER includes the ceiling rose, one
metre of chain and fixture.
• MINIMUM DROP OF CHANDELIER includes the ceiling rose,
minimum length of chain possible and fixture. The ceiling rose
depth and chain or rod lengths are also listed separately.
• LAMPSHADE DIMENSIONS are shown BASE X TOP X SLOPE
or BASE X DEPTH X SLOPE (see images below) unless
otherwise detailed.
KEY
Symbols have been used to note an important detail of a product.
Items with this symbol have external wiring, and the flex
exits from the lampholder.
Items with this symbol have a lampshade that requires
wall fixing.
Items with this symbol can be adapted for use in
