Nato dall’incontro tra la lana neozelandese e la fibra naturale Tencel Lyocell,
Goban entra a far parte delle proposte di tappeti a catalogo Porada. Naturale e
morbido al tatto, Goban è esteticamente caratterizzato da un gioco di geometrie e
ritmo che si traduce in un design a scacchiera: la trama del prodotto è composta
da un ordito reticolare di altezza 12mm che genera quadrati di altezza 45mm.
Dal punto di vista dei materiali, le fibre di lana neozelandese sono rivestite da
un sottole strato naturale di Lanolina che impedisce all’acqua e alle macchie
di penetrare immediatamente nel tessuto. Tencel Lyocell è invece un materiale
antibatterico ricavato dalla cellulosa estratta dal legno di eucalipto, dall’aspetto
setoso e luminoso che aggiunge un tocco di lucentezza a Goban.
Born from the combination of New Zealand wool and the natural fibre Tencel
Lyocell, Goban joins the Porada rug collection. Natural and soft to the touch,
Goban is aesthetically defined by an interplay of geometric patterns and
rhythmic structure, resulting in a distinctive chequered design. The pattern
features a 12 mm-high reticular weave that forms 45 mm-high squares, creating
visual depth and texture. In terms of materials, the New Zealand wool fibres
are coated with a natural Lanolin underlayer that prevents water and stains
from immediately penetrating the rug. Complementing it, Tencel Lyocell is an
antibacterial material derived from cellulose extracted from eucalyptus wood,
with a silky, bright look that gives Goban a touch of brightness.
