Ginkgo XL rappresenta un’evoluzione della poltrona Ginkgo, vincitrice del
Porada International Design Award 2022 ed entrata in collezione nel 2024.
Viene ora proposta una nuova versione che si distingue per forme più
generose ed abbondanti, ideale per i mercati che apprezzano silhouette più
accoglienti. Pur mantenendo totalmente le caratteristiche estetiche e tecniche
di Ginkgo, la versione XL è pensata per chi è alla ricerca di una seduta più
ampia e confortevole. La seduta di Ginkgo XL è più bassa e profonda rispetto a
quella della versione standard, dettaglio che la trasforma in una vera e propria
poltroncina relax, ideale per momenti di riposo anche grazie all’ergonomia
della seduta e dello schienale. La struttura è realizzata in massello di noce
canaletta con scocca esterna in pelle disponibile nei tessuti della collezione.
Il rivestimento del cuscino di seduta e schienale è sfoderabile e disponibile in
tutti i tessuti della collezione, mentre il dettaglio del cordonetto può essere in
coordinato tono su tono nella finitura della scocca esterna o nei colori della
collezione Zenith. L’estetica del prodotto è completata, sul retro, da un alamaro
in legno nella stessa tonalità della struttura. Il sedile ha un’imbottitura a quote
differenziate per innalzare il livello di comfort della seduta, mentre lo schienale
è sagomato in poliuretano espanso.
Ginkgo XL is an evolution of the Ginkgo armchair, which won the Porada
International Design Award in 2022 and became part of the collection in 2024.
This new model features larger, more generous shapes, perfect for markets
that prefer soft and welcoming silhouettes. While keeping the same design
and technical features as the original, Ginkgo XL offers a wider and more
comfortable seat. The lower and deeper seat makes it ideal for relaxing, thanks
also to the ergonomic shape of both the seat and the backrest. The frame is
made of solid canaletta walnut, with an outer shell in leather that can also be
upholstered in any of the fabrics from the Porada collection. The seat and back
cushions have removable covers, available in all fabric options, and the piping
detail can be tone-on-tone with the shell or chosen from the Zenith colour range.
At the back, a wooden toggle in the same finish as the frame adds a refined
touch. The seat is padded with multi-density foam to improve comfort, while the
backrest is shaped from moulded polyurethane for extra support.
