Sedia caratterizzata dalle gambe posteriori che si avvicinano fino quasi
a diventare un unico elemento a forma di “T” e che reinterpreta in chiave
contemporanea un design storico. Il punto di partenza è la sapiente lavorazione
del legno massello tipica di Porada: lo sviluppo del progetto nasce infatti dalla
sezione ellittica del massello che si torce confluendo negli elementi di schienale
e braccioli. La comodità di Teti è garantita dall’utilizzo di un cuscino di seduta
a forma di saponetta, leggermente inclinato, e un cuscino schienale morbido
che permette un supporto alla schiena non troppo invadente. Un cordoncino
di cuoio cerato in finitura testa di moro fissa e mantiene in posizione il cuscino
schienale sfoderabile.
Chair featuring rear legs that come together nearly becoming one single
‘T’-shaped element and which reinterprets a historic design in a contemporary
key. The starting point of this design is the skilful craftmanship of the solid
wood typical of Porada: the development of the design stems from the elliptical
section of the solid wood that twists creating the back and the armrests. Teti’s
comfort is ensured by a soap-shaped seat cushion, slightly sloping, and a soft
back cushion that provides gentle back support. A saddle leather cord in Testa
di Moro finish secures and holds in place the back cushion with removable
cover.
