Infinite constellations for a new concept of the sofa: a multi-functional location, an oasis not only for relaxation but also for work, socialising, reading and entertainment. A polyhedral system for countless combinations in small and vast spaces, with high levels of functionality and liveability. The seats are generous and comfortable, the design essential. The numerous seating elements can be hooked together by means of a simple hidden mechanism but can also live quite happily on their own. The slender structure is in multilayered birch wood with polyurethane foam padding.
Springiness is obtained with zig-zag coils, with polyurethane foam padding and polyester wadding, for the seating, while the back and armrest cushions come with goose feathers and a stabilising insert in polyurethane foam. Upholstery is available in various combinations. The Cassiopea accompaniments have been designed to be placed effortlessly with the sofa and to complement them with shelves and close-to-hand practical storage compartments.
