Color rendering
The perceived quality of light is determined by the quality of rendering of
the visible light spectrum. The measuring unit is the so-called color rendering
index ( CRI ). As a reference, natural sunlight has a CRI of 100. The Occhio
» high color « LEDs come very close to this ideal with a CRI of 97, producing
the best possible color rendering.
The only valid lighting reference for Occhio is the sun
itself. The quality of light of our new » perfect color « LEDs
comes very close to this ideal: Colors appear with as
much nuance and depth as they do in nature. Because
