600 m2 of wall bespoke rugs
“In order for the ceiling artwork to flow through
the explosion of color, we wanted the rest of the
elements in the room to be as neutral as possible.
Completely silent. 80 rugs were necessary to
cover the walls of the room which were an acoustic
isolator and also the interpretation of the
colored stalagmites by Miquel Barceló.”

“Para que la obra de arte del techo fluyera a través
de la explosión de color, queríamos que el resto
de los elementos de la sala fueran lo más neutros
posible. Elementos totalmente silenciosos. Fueron
necesarias 80 alfombras para cubrir las paredes de
la sala, las cuales funcionan como aislante acústico
y también representan las estalagtitas de color de
Miquel Barceló.”
