Cosciente delle sue armi e tesori e
non giocando con interessi
economici e politici a breve
termine. Una struttura intelligente
e flessibile, capace di essere al
posto giusto nel momento giusto,
cinque minuti prima del mercato,
e non come al solito cinque minuti
dopo solo per confermare quello
che è già avvenuto. E voglio delle
persone efficaci dentro, coscienti
della loro missione e desiderose di
arrivare alla posizione dalla quale
esse potranno trasmettere il loro
lavoro agli altri”
I want a strong institution, which
is able to act for the sake of art.
An institution with a strategy, a
concept and self-confidence
skilled to take in the position
between artists, sponsors and the
public. Aware of their arm and
treasures and not behaving like a
pinball of short run political and
economical interests. Something
intelligent and flexible which is
able to be at the very moment five
minutes before the commercials
arrive instead of always being five
minutes late and only affirming it.
And I want great people there,
conscious about their task and
willing to come to the position,
where they can hand over their
work to others.
