nel 2013, Anomaly è una creatura
dall’identità delicatamente inquietante,
trasfigurazione fantastica di un mondo
fiabesco, a tratti surreale. Un progetto
che vive di contraddizioni, a metà strada
tra la manipolazione visionaria di un
corpo e la progettazione di un oggetto
da compagnia, docile e innocuo.
La scelta del cuoio naturale come
materiale di rivestimento, se letto come
una trasformazione zoomorfa, ne
accentua la natura organica, ambigua
e misteriosa; se compreso in una
dimensione cosmetica, ricorda le tonalità
cade e rassicuranti della cipria.

in 2013, Anomaly is a creature which
is slightly unsettling, the fantastical
transfiguration of a fairytale and often
surreal world. Anomaly is a project full
of contradictions, halfway between
visionary manipulation of a body and a
design of a household pet-object, docile
and harmless. The choice of natural
coloured leather could be interpreted as
an organic, ambiguous and mysterious
zoomorphic transformation; if taken
in a cosmetic direction, the colours can
be taken as reminders of the warm,
reassuring tones of face powder.
