La tecnologia del poliuretano espanso
genera prodotti sempre perfettamente
uguali, prigionieri del loro stampo. Shadow
si libera da questa prigionia e si genera ogni
volta senza stampo, senza vincoli formali e
diventa poltrona ogni volta diversa.
Il poliuretano, espanso direttamente nel
rivestimento tessile, si conforma seguendo
unicamente l’impronta del corpo e si solidi-
fica generando imbottitura e struttura:
il rivestimento si torce e si piega sempre in
modo imprevedibile.
The technology of the expanded polyure-
thane generates products which are always
prisoner of their own cast and always have
the same form. “ Shadow” is free from this
confinement and it is created every time
without cast and formal bounds, and at
every turn it becomes a different armchair.
The polyurethane textile expands following
the body shape and it solidifies generating
padding and structure: the covering is
always twisted in a unpredictable way.
