Claesson Koivisto Rune è uno studio associato svedese di architetti fondato a Stoccolma nel 1995 da Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto e Ola Rune. Nato come studio di architettura è divenuto
nel tempo una realtà internazionale sempre più multidisciplinare che si occupa con la stessa dedizione di architettura e design.
Un’altra passione del gruppo è l’arte contemporanea, da sempre fonte d’ispirazione primaria; nel 2017 a Tokyo hanno esposto per la prima volta un proprio progetto artistico.
Primo studio svedese ad esporre all’interno della sezione internazionale della Biennale di Architettura di Venezia nel 2004, è anche vincitore di diversi premi con progetti quali l’inde/jacobs
gallery a Marfa in Texas, la casa prefabbricata Tind per Fiskarhedenvillan, la casa privata Widlund House ad Öland, l’edificio dell’Örsta Gallery a Kumla, lo Sfera Building culture house di Kyoto
e il Nobis Hotel a Stoccolma, Villa Terminus, gli hotel Zander K e Bergen Børs a Bergen in Norvegia.
Claesson Koivisto Rune hanno ricevuto una serie di autorevoli premi e riconoscimenti internazionali tra i quali dieci American Good Design Awards dal 2009 al 2018, il premio German Design
Award (Gold and Silver) 2011 dalla Repubblica Federale della Germania, Designer of the Year 2011 e Furniture of the Year 2012 da Elle Deco (Svezia), nominati due volte Designer of the Year e
Best Seating nel 2010 e nel 2014 da Elle Décor Italia, vincitori del Red Dot Design Award – Best of the Best 2014, diventando il primo studio a ricevere un Red Dot in cinque diverse categorie
di prodotto. Nel 2015 sono stati insigniti del prestigioso premio Bruno Mathsson Prize: la più alta onoroficenza per il design d’arredo di Svezia e della regione Scandinava.
Claesson Koivisto Rune is a Swedish associate firm of architects founded in Stockholm in 1995 by Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune. It started as an architectural practice and
has become over time an increasingly multidisciplinary international firm that deals with architecture and design with equal dedication. Another passion of the group is contemporary art,
which has always been a primary source of inspiration; in 2017 they exhibited their own art project for the first time in Tokyo. As the first Swedish studio to exhibit in the international section
of the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2004, they are also winners of several awards with projects such as the Tind Prefab house collection for Fiskarhedenvillan, Widlund House private villa
on Öland, Örsta Gallery building in Kumla, Sfera Building culture house in Kyoto, Nobis Hotel in Stockholm and Villa Terminus, Zander K and Bergen Børs hotels in Bergen, Norway. Claesson
Koivisto Rune has received an array of international awards and recognitions, amongst them ten American Good Design Awards 2009 – 18, the Designpreis Deutschland (Gold and Silver)
2011 by the Federal Republic of Germany, Designer of the Year 2011 and Furniture of the Year 2012 by Elle Deco Sweden, both Designer of the Year and Best Seating 2014 by Elle Decor Italia,
and the Red Dot Design Award – Best of the Best 2014, making them the first firm to hold the prestigious Red Dot in five different product categories, architecture included. In 2015 they
also received the prestigious Bruno Mathsson award, the highest honour in furniture design in Sweden and the Scandinavian region.
Claesson Koivisto Rune est un cabinet d’architectes suédois fondé à Stockholm en 1995 par Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto et Ola Rune. Né comme un studio d’architecture, il est devenu
au fil du temps une réalité internationale de plus en plus multidisciplinaire qui traite du même dévouement à l’architecture et au design.
Une autre passion du groupe est l’art contemporain, qui a toujours été une source d’inspiration primordiale; en 2017 à Tokyo, ils ont exposé pour la première fois leur propre projet artistique.

Claesson Koivisto Rune a reçu une série de prix et de récompenses internationaux prestigieux, dont dix American Good Design Awards de 2009 à 2018, le prix du design allemand (or et
argent) 2011 de la République fédérale d’Allemagne, le prix du designer de l’année 2011 et le prix du meuble de l’année 2012 de Elle Deco (Suède), deux fois nominé designer de l’année et
meilleur siège en 2010 et 2014 par Elle Décor Italia, lauréat du prix du design Red Dot – Best of the Best 2014, devenant ainsi le premier studio à recevoir un Red Dot dans cinq catégories
de produits différentes. En 2015, ils ont reçu le prestigieux prix Bruno Mathsson: la plus haute distinction pour le design de meubles en Suède et dans la région scandinave.

Marco Zito, nato il 16.2.1966 architetto si laurea sotto la guida di Vittorio Gregotti allo IUAV nel 1994.
Professore associato di Disegno Industriale presso l’Università IUAV di Venezia. Docente invitato al Centro di Disegno Industriale di Montevideo (Uruguay), al Centro San Marco di Kigali
(Ruanda), all’IMC – Centro di Modernizzazione Industriale del Cairo, (Egitto).
ADI 2004 design index, selezionato per “Steelon”, produzione Viabizzuno. Pubblicato nell’Annuario del Design 2004 da Tom Dixon. Premio al trofeo “Batimat 2005” design per l’innovazione,
