LAYER UP 30 MM THICk
STEEL WORkTOP WITH 3-LAYER EDGE
Made from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel plate 1 mm
thick (semi-gloss and satined finish) glued onto a
panel of “DOLUFLEX”, a structural panel comprising
a thin sheet of corrugated aluminium 0.3 mm thick
having trapezoid pattern, glued between two flat
sheets of aluminium having thickness 1 mm (inside
and outside sheets), giving total thickness 18 mm. This
combination provides an exceptionally lightweight
panel with outstanding mechanical bending and

4. 11 GLASS WORKTOPS
I TOP 12 MM THICk - UNION 12 MM THICk
GLASS WORkTOP WITH STRAIGHT EDGE
Made from a tempered sheet of glass 12 mm thick,
cold varnished with a scratch-proof protective film
in the ernestomeda range colours. Polished straight
front and side edges. The Union version of the
worktop has an integral upstand 24 mm thick; the
total height of the worktop plus upstand is 80 mm.
ELEkTRA WORkTOP SUPPORT FRAME
Constructed by mounting a pale grey powder
varnished aluminium profile h. 30 mm onto a solid
spruce perimeter frame. The visible sides are finished
with aluminium, with anodised scotch brite, matt
black and white epoxy powder varnished finishes.
EMETRICA WORkTOP SUPPORT FRAME
Constructed by assembling phosphate coated
aluminium profiles (no added finish). The visible sides
are in gloss steel anodised aluminium, or “Easy Matt”
matt or “Easy Gloss” gloss varnished. Height of frame
below top 30 mm.
4. 12 STONE+ WORKTOPS
“STONE+” worktops are produced from a selection
of the purest raw materials, which are compacted at
4,000 kg/m2 and then sintered at temperatures over
1200 °C.
Strong and non-porous, the “STONE+” surface is ideal
for everyday interiors where hygiene is fundamental.
With these properties, the “STONE+” line meets the
needs of everyday life with versatility, environment-
friendliness and durability, and it comes in a series
of innovative finishes. “STONE+” is immune to
the passage of time: this material is extremely
hard-wearing and suitable for use both indoors and
outdoors. It retains its good looks over time even
when used outdoors.
GRADE 20 MM THICk
STONE+ WORkTOP WITH SHAPED EDGE
Made from slabs 12 mm thick bonded to polystyrene
and PVC panels with no formaldehyde emissions.
Front and side edging with STONE+ slab 12 mm thick
with 32° angle.
The Union version of the worktop has an integral
upstand 24 mm thick; the total height of the worktop
plus upstand is 80 mm.
STONE+ 40-60-80 MM THICk
STONE+ WORkTOP WITH SQUARE-CORNERED EDGE
Made from slabs 12 mm thick bonded to polystyrene
and PVC panels with no formaldehyde emissions.
Front and side edging with STONE+ slab 12 mm thick,
height 40-60-80 mm.
The Union version of the worktop has an integral
upstand 24 mm thick; the total height of the worktop
plus upstand is 80 mm.

STONEWARE WORkTOP WITH SQUARE-CORNERED EDGE
Surfaces made from stoneware slabs 8 mm thick
(bonded slabs of stoneware of 5+3 mm) with front
and side edges in stoneware slab 3 mm thick. Inside,
the worktop consists of expanded polystyrene filler,
with a PVC finish on the underside. All free from
formaldehyde emissions.
Stoneware slabs are a composite of ceramic clays,
feldspars, kaolins and sand, sintered at 1200°.
STONEWARE 30 - 40 - 60 MM THICk

side edges in stoneware slab 3 mm thick. Inside, the
worktop consists of expanded polystyrene filler plus
tubular aluminium stiffeners, with a PVC finish on the
underside; there is a filler strip of particle board with
melamine finish at the rear. All free from formaldehyde
emissions.
Consisting of a composite of ceramic clays, feldspars,
kaolins and sand, sintered at 1200°.
