VENEERED PLAIN DOOR - TH. 20 MM - ONE-EMETRICA
Made from 19 mm thick wood particle board panels
with emission having minimal formaldehyde content
(Class E1 under UNI EN 13986/2005). Panels are
water repellent (V100 standard), edged with wood
slice veneer 1 mm thick and covered with 0.6 mm
thick wood veneer (oak).
Varnishing process:
light oak – solvent-borne stain, acrylic primer and top
coat.
Titanium Oak, Tobacco Oak, Dark Grey Oak, Brown
Oak, Dune Oak, Shadow Oak: solvent-borne stain,
polyurethane primer, acrylic top coat. Ivory Oak,
White Oak, Grey Brown Oak : polyurethane primer
and top coat.
Light Oak: solvent-borne stain, acrylic primer and top
coat

Perimeter frame in solid oak and ash 22 mm thick.
Inner panel made from 10 mm thick wood particle
board with wood slice veneer 0.6 mm thick (oak and
ash), with emission having minimal formaldehyde
content (Class E1 under UNI EN 13986/2005
standard). Panels are environment-friendly and water-
repellent (swelling max. 10% after 24 hours).

ALUMINIUM FRAME DOOR WITH VENEERED PANEL - TH. 28 MM
All-round frame in aluminium, cross-section 54 x 28
mm, anodised with silver finish or lacquered in the
Ernestomeda range colours.
Perimeter frame in silver finish anodised aluminium
cross-section 54 x 28 mm. Outer panel made
from wood particle board with wood slice veneer
(heat-treated oak and ash), with emission having
minimal formaldehyde content (Class E1 under UNI
EN 13986/2005 standard). Boards are environment-
friendly and water-repellent (swelling max. 10% after
24 hours). Lining panel in aluminium sheet 0.8 mm
thick with silver anodised finish or lacquered in the
Ernestomeda range colours, expanded filler material.
Rolled metal plate air filter. The veneered external and
aluminium lining panels are glued to the aluminium
frame with a very high quality odourless, colourless
single-component moisture-curing adhesive free from
silicone and isocyanate. Perimeter seal in coated
expanded material.
Varnishing process:
Light Oak: solvent-borne stain, acrylic primer and top
coat
Heat-Treated Oak: acrylic primer and top coat
Titanium Oak and Mink Oak: solvent-borne stain,
polyurethane primer, acrylic top coat.
Knotted Terra d’Ombra Oak: stain, acrylic primer,
acrylic top coat.

DELUXE WOODEN PLAIN DOOR - TH. 20 MM
Made from multi-layered poplar wood boards 11/14
mm thick with emission having minimal formaldehyde
content (Class E1 under UNI EN 13986/2005
standard). Boards are water-repellent and are edged
and clad with solid wood 3/5 mm thick.
Varnishing components:
Quercus Oak: Water-based stain, acrylic top coat.
Vintage oak: antibacterial water-based stain and top
coat.

with solid aged oak wood 3/5 mm thick with possible
wormholes (no larvae).
Lining panel in aluminium sheet 0.8 mm thick with
silver anodised finish or lacquered in the Ernestomeda
range colours, expanded filler material. Expanded
plate metal air filter. The external and lining panels are
glued to the aluminium frame with a very high quality
odourless, colourless single-component moisture-
curing adhesive free from silicone and isocyanate.
Edging seal in coated expanded material.
