Melamine: Made from 20 mm thick wood particle

Boards are environment-friendly and water-repellent
(swelling max. 10% after 24 hours), faced with
melamine paper in the Ernestomeda range colours on
two sides.
7. 15 CYCLOS TABLE
Swivel square table with three different positions of
use. The swivel movement is locked/released by
means of a lever underneath the table top.
BASE: tubular painted iron structure fitted with the
rotation mechanism, base enclosed by side panels
consisting of 12 mm thick wood particle boards with
emissions having minimal formaldehyde content
(Class E1 under UNI/EN 13986/2005 standard), faced
with stainless steel.
TOP: made from 38 mm thick poplar particle board
with emissions having minimal formaldehyde content
(Class E1 under UNI/EN 13986/2005 standard).

wood veneer 1 mm thick, and veneered with wood
slice 0.6 mm thick (heat-treated oak, oak).

Rectangular table with 2 sides mounted projecting
over the base units underneath.

7. 17 QUICK CHOPPING-BOARD
TOP: made from 25 mm thick poplar particle board
with emissions having minimal formaldehyde content
(Class E1 under UNI/EN 13986/2005 standard).

wood veneer 1 mm thick, and veneered with wood
slice 0.6 mm thick (heat-treated oak, oak).

7. 18 BAY WASHING AREA
Marble, Granite, Stone : perimeter, sink or draining-
board are all made from stone slabs (in the finishes
available) 20 mm thick.
Quartz : Perimeter, sink or draining-board are all made
from slabs 12 mm thick of a composite of natural
quartz and acrylic resins.
ICONcrete : Perimeter, sink or draining-board are
all made from slabs 12 mm thick of a raw material
composite with high chemical and mechanical
strength, coloured with pigments.
Steel : Made from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel
plate 1 mm thick (satined finish) glued onto a panel
of “DOLUFLEX”, a structural panel comprising a thin
sheet of corrugated aluminium 0.3 mm thick having
trapezoid pattern, glued between two flat sheets
of aluminium having thickness 1 mm (inside and
outside sheets), giving total thickness 12 mm. This
combination provides an exceptionally lightweight
panel with outstanding mechanical bending and
compression strength. The AISI 304 18/10 steel plate
has a “shaped” fold to seal the front and sides and the
perimeter corners are soldered.
The sink and draining-board are made from 18/10 AISI
304 sheet stainless steel plate 1 mm thick.
Corian: Perimeter, sink or draining-board are all made
from glued Corian slabs 12 mm thick.
