Viva Interiors delivers worldwide. However, some products may not be available in all geographic areas. The availability in the geographical area indicated by the user is confirmed in the offer form in any case.
Delivery times are listed on the website as a date range (minimum-maximum delivery date), and take into account production and shipment lead time. Deliveries are made by means of the most appropriate courier service related to the type of goods and shipping area. Indicatively, the shipment lead time vary, from 5 to 14 days for European countries, and from 7 to 20 days for other destinations. Items that ship directly from Europe and are not stocked in the United States have extended transportation lead times due to ocean transport of 4-5 weeks. These specific situations are agreed with the customer.
Even though we indicated In stock on our site, it doesn't mean that the product is actually in stock. By the time of order placement, the item may be sold.
In case of payment via bank transfer, Viva Interiors will process the order only after verifying the actual crediting on its bank account. Therefore, the bank processing time should be added to the delivery lead time indicated in the Order.
Clients hereby acknowledge and accept too that when all products included in one Purchase Order belong to the same Seller, goods might be shipped and delivered in different ways and times, according to availability and manufacturing lead time of each one. Because, Viva Interiors it sells products from different trademarks. Therefore, Clients are kindly invited to always check the delivery times posted next to each Product on the Proforma-Invoice.
Deliveries shall be made at the postal address provided by Clients when performing the purchase procedure and recorded in the Purchase Order. Therefore, Clients are responsible for the address provided. The Viva Interiors shall not be liable for any mistakes related to shipments or wrong delivery of products, due to mistaken or incomplete information provided by Clients when filling in their Purchase Orders.
As a service to our customers, The Viva Interiors will arrange the shipping of orders via one of our preferred carriers. All charges are Proforma-invoice and will be included on the final balance due notice.
We will ship your order the fastest, most reliable way possible to ensure your purchase arrives ready for you to enjoy. Each item on our site has pre-determined shipping methods based on the specific characteristics of the product, and our years of experience in shipping these items successfully.
When your order ships, you will receive an email from us with specific carrier and tracking information.
Unless otherwise specified, Viva Interiors shipping policy provides delivery to the Client at street level -for example, to your front sidewalk, driveway or porch. This option does not include delivery to indoor locations or above the first floor and it does not include unpacking or assembly. Viva Interiors doesn't deliver items in apartments nor provide product installation services. All exceptions shall be negotiated before the Purchase.
Products can only be delivered to the Client or to a person bearing full confidence of the buyer and acting as Consignee on his behalf. The Client or the Consignee shall check that packaging is pristine and clean at delivery time and that the Products received coincide with the ones listed in the relevant Purchase Order.
The Seller, being Viva Interiors, shall not be liable for damages to the products or for any shipment delays occurred after collection of the products by the Carrier.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, is transferred to the Client when the Client, or a third party by the Client designated and other than the Carrier, physically comes into possession of the good.
In case of delays in deliveries or non-delivery, the Client shall inform the Seller by clicking on the link "Contact us" in the personal area. The Seller shall contact the Client within 3 (three) working days.
When the Seller country and the Buyer country are different, additional customs duties may apply at the time of delivery. In such cases the invoice shall bear clear information on this issue. Customs policies vary considerably from Country to Country. Clients are kindly advised to contact their Country Customs Agency in order to verify if any ancillary Goods and Services Tax (GST) or customs duties which will be due upon receipt of delivery.
If customer selects their own freight carrier, freight claims must be filed directly with the selected carrier. The Viva Interiors is not responsible for a customer’s own or third party freight damage and claim.

Viva Interiors highly recommends using a qualified receiving warehouse to receive, inspect, consolidate deliveries and facilitate in-home installation. Viva Interiors will recommend a receiver for client if needed. All crated goods must go through a professional receiver such as a receiving warehouse. A receiving warehouse acts as an agent for the client and is responsible to note any damage and assist the owner with filing a freight claim when any damage is found. A qualified receiving person should be present to accept products when delivered directly to a home.
A signature on the BOL, CMR, DDT upon receipt of the products confirms that the products are received in good condition unless exception is made on the BOL, CMR, DDT. If the merchandise is refused upon delivery for quality or damage issues, the receiver should contact the Viva Interiors an immediately.
If the driver must "drop and dash", the receiver should note on the BOL, CMR, DDT that any concealed damage of boxed or crated products will be the responsibility of the carrier or the manufacturer as determined upon inspection of the product. Full inspection must occur within 48 hours of delivery and all freight claims filed within 72 hours.
Inspect the cartons or crates carefully. Check to see if the ShockWatch™ and or Tip-N-Tell indicators are activated, if applicable. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or the indicator is activated, note it on the BOL, CMR, DDT. Take photos of any damage to the packaging, this is necessary to resolve damage claims.
Inspect branded tape seal. If it is not intact or it is covered over, you should assume the package has been tampered with. Note this on the BOL, CMR, DDT.
Unpack the cartons or crates. Inspect all merchandise carefully. Cartons and crates should always be unpacked in your presence. NEVER discard original packaging until satisfied with the delivery.
If you are unable to inspect the merchandise at the time of receiving the shipment, note on the BOL, CMR, DDT that any concealed damage of boxed or crated products will be the responsibility of the carrier or the manufacturer as determined upon inspection of the products. Viva Interiors must be notified within 48 hours of any concealed damage that is found. Keep a copy of the BOL, CMR, DDT. Save the packaging material and take pictures of the damage.
All claims should be reported to the Customer Service.
All quoted completion and delivery dates are estimates only. The Viva Interiors and their partner shippers and manufacturers shall not be liable for delays in completion or shipment or default in delivery for any reason of force majeure or for any cause beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to, (a) government action, war, riots, civil commotion, embargoes or martial laws, (b) Manufacturer's inability to obtain necessary materials from its usual sources of supply, (c) shortage of labor, raw material, production or transportation facilities or other delays in transit, (d) labor difficulty involving employees of Manufacturer or others, (e) fire, flood or other casualty, or (f) other contingencies of manufacture or shipment. In the event of any delay in Manufacturer's performance due in whole or in part to any cause beyond Manufacturer's reasonable control, Manufacturer shall have such additional time for performance as may be reasonably necessary under the circumstances. Acceptance by Buyer of any goods shall constitute a waiver by Buyer of any claim for damages on account of any delay in delivery of such goods.
Delivery of goods to carrier shall be deemed delivery to Buyer, and thereupon title to such goods, and risk of loss or damage, shall be Buyer's. Any claim by Buyer against Manufacturer or carrier for shortage or damage occurring prior to such delivery must be made in writing within seventy-two (72) hours after receipt of shipment and accompanied by original transportation bill signed by the carrier noting that the carrier received the goods from Manufacturer in the conditions claimed. All deliveries are subject to the accompanying Freight Receiving Rules.
