In Ha Long Bay, Vietnam, thousands of limestone formations rise from the water as
a fragmented vertical system. Vegetation stratifies across the rocky surfaces, while
the water establishes a visual continuity that dissolves the boundaries between
elements. Within this context, Mara introduces a material texture that reinterprets
the theme of weaving in a contemporary way, integrating naturally into the
landscape. Ottocento Mini introduces a compact presence articulated in discrete
planes, while Ottocento Lamp is defined as a vertical element, where light, filtered
through the surface, diffuses in gradations.
Nella baia vietnamita di Ha Long, migliaia di formazioni calcaree emergono
dalle acque come un sistema verticale frammentato. La vegetazione si stratifica
sulle superfici rocciose, mentre l’acqua costruisce una continuità visiva che
dissolve i confini tra gli elementi. In questo contesto, Mara introduce una trama
materica che rilegge il tema dell’intreccio in chiave contemporanea, inserendosi
con naturalezza nel paesaggio. Ottocento Mini introduce una presenza
compatta in piani puntuali, mentre Ottocento Lamp si definisce come elemento
verticale, in cui la luce, filtrata dalla superficie, si diffonde per gradazioni.
