Giacomo
Garziano
Passionate about science and musical com-
position, Giacomo Garziano has been trained
as both a musician and an architect in
Florence and Paris. In 2014, he founded
GG-loop to generate new, organic approaches
to design and architecture. His first project
was the polyhedral house and museum The
Seed of Time (in Altamura, Italy): a fusion of
music, science and art that propelled him to
the international stage. For Roche Bobois,
he designed Zephyrus: an exceptional
‘Transformer’ piece of furniture featuring
unfolding doors in a captivating geometric
shape. The name Zephyrus alludes to a giant
butterfly found in the Americas.
