Le auto di 007 sulla tela
Missione compiuta avrebbe detto James Bond. E potrebbe dirlo anche Giuliano Grittini, che con la mostra I Miti
celebra la storia dell’autovettura più sognata dello schermo: la Aston Martin, il marchio inglese che ha appena
compiuto cent’anni, indissolubilmente legata alla figura di 007. Un viaggio lungo quanto un sogno. Indimenticabile
l’autovettura del film Golfinger: la Aston Martin dello DB45, adattata per gli incarichi più rischiosi, con mitragliatrice
anteriore e posteriore, spargichiodi e spargiolio, radar nello specchietto, carrozzeria antiproiettile. Nel fuori Salone
l’idea di riunire i “colpi di pennello” di Grittini ai “colpi” storici di una macchina superlusso è stata dell’azienda di
interior design e arredamento Mirabili. Ne è nata un’esposizione che tocca le corde della memoria. Giuliano Grittini
ha costruito le immagini come un archivio ludico di quel tempo, giocando tra stampa artistica e rielaborazione del
“già visto”. Il suo tocco magico è nel rendere vivo e attuale qualcosa che è già stato, qualcosa che fa parte del
nostro passato e dell’artista. Come un racconto, dove tutti, almeno, ci sentiamo un po’ più giovani.

Mission accomplished, James Bond would have said. And Giuliano Grittini could say it too, with the
exhibition I Miti celebrating the history of the most dreamed-of car on the screen: the Aston Martin, the
English brand that has just turned one hundred, inextricably linked to the figure of 007. A journey as long
as a dream. The car from the film Golfinger is unforgettable: the Aston Martin DB45, adapted for the most
risky assignments, with front and rear machine guns, nail spreaders and oil spreaders, radar in the mirror,
bulletproof bodywork. Outside the Salone, the idea of bringing together Grittini’s “brush strokes” with the
historical “strokes” of a super-luxury car was the idea of the interior design and furniture company Mirabili.
The result is an exhibition that touches the chords of memory. Giuliano Grittini has constructed the images
as a playful archive of that time, playing between artistic printing and reworking of the “already seen”. His
magic touch is in making alive and current something that has already been, something that is part of our
past and of the artist. Like a story, where we all, at least, feel a little younger.
