Il progetto si fonda su un meccanismo rotante che consente al volume di mutare assetto in modo
fluido e intuitivo.
Lineare e disteso quando la scena è frontale — un film, una visione condivisa — AUTORE si apre
poi a una configurazione angolare che favorisce la conversazione e la prossimità.
All’occorrenza, si compatta e si richiude generando un piano notte integrato,
superando l’estetica convenzionale del divano letto per affermarsi come elemento d’arredo
coerente, sempre elegante, sempre funzionale.
The project is based on a rotating mechanism that allows the volume to change its layout in a fluid and intuitive manner.
Linear and extended for frontal activities—a movie, a shared viewing experience—AUTORE then opens into a corner configuration
that encourages conversation and proximity.
When needed, it becomes compact and folds in on itself to create an integrated sleeping surface, moving beyond
the conventional aesthetics of the sofa bed
to establish itself as a coherent piece of furniture: always elegant, always functional.
