Moov is an intelligently composed meeting of clean graphic lines and soft geometries. The frontal view reveals a curved and rounded interior, an invitation to relax and enjoy the gentle contours of a seat guaranteed to be soft and comfortable. A dynamic counterpoint carefully positioned at the sofa’s end, each metal support has a triangular cross- section. The metal structure also runs along each element in the system, underlining the compact design of the external surfaces. The base also has a very clean shape, upholstered in fabric or leather: the result is a linear band that runs around the edge of the sofa.
When viewed from behind and from the side, Moov is slender and minimalist. It is, on one hand, a multifunctional system, an abacus of islands that can be combined with great ease: 3D sofas, Paolina chaise-longues and poufs, end and corner pieces which together compose long sofas, L-shapes, a chaise-longue and many other configurations. On the other hand, it is a series of fixed sofas in three lengths 180cm, 220cm, and 250cm, available in a selection of compositions. All have an integrated fold-away headrest/backrest; an effortless and immediate way of switching between the high and low configurations of the model.
A complete and eclectic system also thanks to the shallow 85cm depth of each piece, allowing the range to fit perfectly into the increasingly compact spaces of the contemporary home. The internal structure of Moov is made from steel and polyurethane foam with differentiated-density inserts. Padding is in polyester wadding for the back and armrests, with down and polyester wadding for the seat cushion. Upholstery is in fabric or leather. The supports are polished and lacquered in matt white or black.
