The glassworks Vetreria Artistica Busato was founded in 1994 by Master
Gino Busato, glass Master for more than sixty years in Murano.
The Master Gino Busato handed on his precious knowledge to his son, Marco,
that carries with sister Michela and asociate Adriano the activity.
The glassworks Vetreria Artistica Busato is specialized in the manufacturing
of valuable chandeliers and pieces of furniture. Each piece is completely
hand-made, as the ancient glassblowing technique teaches; for this the
realization requires manual dexterity and artistic sensitiveness.
The Busato collection includes, besides the gorgeous Murano chandeliers,
wall lamps, table lamps, floor lamps, vases, chalices, venetian “goti”, keepsakes,
museum pieces. Everything in characterized by a meticolous care for details.
The superior Busato glassworks design and the craftmanship of the Master
distinguish the whole glass production: a refined matching between ancient
and modern taste.
The Busato glassworks catalogue proposes innumerable models. In particular,
the main two categories are the classical venetian chandeliers (”Rezzonico”,
“Fruttini” and “Aquatici”) and the exclusive Busato style chandeliers (”Sunflowers”,
“Ninphaeas”, “Iris”, “Poppies” and “Lightflowers”). The glassworks offers also the
projects customization and the restoration of antique chandeliers.
