Atelier Areti in "I’ll be your mirror"
Some stress and uncertainty preceded the installation and opening of "’ll be your mirror". Originally planned in 2020, the H+O team decided to take a leap of faith and present it in September 2021.
16 of our lights, from 2009 to 2021 works, were exhibited within the apartment installation. Seeing the pieces staged in a very different setting sometimes brings out qualities and characteristics that we are surprised to discover.
In the same way that each light is from a different design period of Atelier Areti, yet there is a strong air of family resemblance, in this installation, each room has its unique character and aura, yet they belong together.
Uniting is the boldness and intensity of the colours and shapes signalling the creative will to exist.
We are sharing with you several images taken on the first days of the installation. In the coming weeks, we will be sharing further images with additional pieces.
