The basic philosophy which distinguishes the Living Evolution 4.0
system is grounded in total flexibility for the domestic space, in which
the sole functional constraint is posed by the restrooms.
Inside the villa, the distribution of functions connected to the kitchen
harmoniously integrate with a spacious dining area facing both the
outdoors as well as the living and relaxation area. If required, the
latter is also usable as a home office, smart working, gaming area or
as a home cinema. Everything is always accompanied by the utmost
modularity of seating, furnishings, walls, bookcases and cabinets,
which also contain lighting functions to guarantee maximum all-round
comfort, for all interiors. The bedroom area is separated from the day
living area, despite the presence of functional day-night filter elements.
A large walk-in wardrobe stands in the bedroom, the headboard of the
bed is a self-supporting multi-purpose practical unit for small study or
home office use. In this solution there is even room for a small gym to
satisfy all home fitness requirements, with a view of a spacious outdoor
garden.
La filosofia di base, che resta il tratto distintivo del sistema Living Evolution
4.0, prevede la flessibilità totale dello spazio domestico, dove il solo vincolo
funzionale è quello degli spazi destinati, ai servizi igienici.
Nella villa la distribuzione delle funzioni connesse alla cucina si integrano
armonicamente con un ampio spazio pranzo che affaccia sia all’esterno
sia sull’area per living e il relax o, se necessario per l’home office o lo
smart working oppure per il gaming o sala home cinema. Tutto sempre
accompagnato dalla massima modularità sia delle sedute sia degli
arredi, pareti, librerie e armadiature che contengono anche le funzioni
illuminotecniche per garantire anche il massimo del comfort luminoso degli
spazi. L’area notte resta distinta da quella a giorno pur mantenendo elementi
di connessione funzionale di filtro giorno-notte.
Nella stanza da letto c’è una grande cabina armadio, mentre la spalliera del
letto è un mobile autoportante, attrezzato e multifunzione, che da un piccolo
studio di home office. In questa soluzione c’è posto anche per una piccola
palestra per tutte le attività di home fitness con vista sull’ampio giardino
esterno.
