The 50-years design was born at a time when Italy wanted
redemption after the war. The design
architects (not yet called designer) and the companies created
products to inspire hope and good humour to people. Belgiojoso,
Peressutti and Rogers of B.B.P.R. office designed the armchair
Giulietta, with all the characteristics of arflex production: depth study
of the line and absolute comfort, without forgetting the elegance.
