Sure, there is an objectivity to its passing, but \nperception is often subjective. To be honest, when we first came \nup with the Timeless collection, philosophical considerations \nweren’t exactly at the forefront of our minds. Quite the opposite, \nin fact. What drove us was the desire to create a line of handles \nthat was truly ‘timeless’ - neither classic nor contemporary. \nAnd that desire grew stronger and stronger. \nIt was a winning instinct: the share Timeless in total sales has \nbeen steadily growing, along with increasing demand from key \nstrategic markets, particularly in the East and in the Middle East.\nSo, it felt only (physio)logical to expand the collection, \nas we did recently with the bold, avant-garde Hamilton line. \nWe also wanted to introduce high-end products that would \nallow us to reach new customers and untapped territories. \nThis opportunity became real when I had the pleasure of \nmeeting Luca Barengo, a young and talented designer from \nPiedmont with extensive experience and a keen sense of luxury \nfurniture.
