VENETA CUCINE COMPONENTI
IT ― A febbraio 2015 Veneta Cucine presenta
una novità a livello tecnologico ed innovativo
all’interno del proprio sistema produttivo,
concludendo i lavori per l’installazione di un
magazzino automatizzato, progettato sulle
specifiche necessità dell’azienda destinato allo
stoccaggio e allo smistamento dei colli sui piani
di carico. L’inserimento della nuova procedura
di magazzino automatizzato ha portato ad una
razionalizzazione interna delle procedure e degli
spazi e garantisce ai clienti la tracciabilità del
proprio ordine durante tutte le fasi di produzione e
di spedizione.
A seguire, nel 2016, si aggiunge LOTTO1, impianto
automatico per la sezionatura e la bordatura
just-in-time di elementi altamente personalizzati
per rispondere in maniera ancora più immediata
e precisa alle esigenze dei consumatori. Nel
2018 sono iniziati i lavori per la costruzione di un
nuovo stabilimento dedicato alla produzione
di componenti del prodotto cucina. Nel 2019
nasce Caranto, il nuovo brand di Veneta Cucine
dedicato ai piani tecnici in quarzo e ceramica per
la cucina.
IT ― Il Gruppo, nei 100.000 mq di superficie
industriale coperta, suddivisi tra il complesso di
Biancade (TV) che ospita sia la produzione che
gli uffici e lo stabilimento per la lavorazione del
legno di Codissago - Longarone (BL), impiega oltre
500 persone grazie alle quali progetta, produce,
gestisce, amministra e distribuisce 10 sistemi, 40
modelli su 5 diverse scocche, che generano 300
varianti cromatiche e materiche, con infinite
possibilità di personalizzazione tali da immettere sul
mercato 60.000 sistemi cucina ogni anno.
Nel 2008 viene introdotta la linea di produzione
HOMAG, completamente automatizzata che
realizza 4 tipologie di componenti per cucina finiti
ed imballati: top, mensole, banconi ed ante.

EN ― In February, 2015, Veneta Cucine introduced
a major technological innovation within its
production system, completing the project for
the installation of a fully-automated warehouse
designed specifically to meet the needs of the
company as regards the storage, handling and
distribution of the packaged components. The
introduction of this new automated warehousing
system has helped to improve the internal handling
procedures and maximize the use of space, and
also ensures that the client can trace their order
during every phase of production and shipping.
Then in 2016 the company introduced LOTTO1,
an automatic just-in-time system for the trimming
and edge-finishing of highly-customized elements
aimed at responding even more closely to the
needs of the clients. At the beginning of 2018 work
began on the construction of the new plant which
will be dedicated to the production of components
for kitchen furniture. In 2019 the group introduced
Caranto, Veneta Cucine's new brand, which is
dedicated to the production of hi-tech Kitchen
worktops in quartz and ceramic material.
EN ― The Group's production facilities comprise a
total of 100,000 m2 of industrial buildings, divided
between the plant in Biancade (TV) which includes
administrative offices and a production facility, and
the wood finishing plant in Codissago - Longarone
(BL). The Group employees a staff of more than
500, whose task is to design, produce, manage
and distribute 10 systems and 40 models based
on 5 different structures, with 300 combinations
of colours and materials. This makes it possible
to choose from an infinite number of customized
versions and to market no less than 60,000 kitchen
systems each year.
In 2008 the Group introduced its completely
automated HOMAG production line, which
produces four different types of finished and
packaged components for kitchen units: tops,
shelves, counter-tops and cupboard doors.
