In fact, the GranTorino HB sofa rejigs
its proportions to become an authentic
refuge and shelter from the outside
thanks to the high backrest in leather
and the fine processed saddle-leather
that defines its shape.
The seat structure is in tubular metal
with woven elastic belts. The backrests
and armrests are made from birch
plywood. The external padding of the
backrests and sides is in polyurethane
foam and polyester wadding while
the inner layer is in polyester wadding,
covered with soft fabric quilting with
“X” stitching produced by hand using
contrasting thread.
Designer Jean-Marie Massaud plays
with the volumes of his classic
GranTorino and creates a unique,
