'80 nel South Bronx, dove coi suoi studenti aveva sviluppato una
strategia di collaborazione denominata jammin’, innescando pro-
cessi di coinvolgimento dei membri a partire dalla propria storia,
Jammin’ Drama Project è un progetto partecipativo che ha coin-
volto oltre 150 cittadini della comunità ispanica e afro-americana
di Harlem”.
“Loosely inspired by the work of Tim Rollins that was conducted in the 1980s in the South
Bronx, where along with his students he developed a strategy for collaboration called jammin’,
and triggered processes of involvement by members who drew from their own histories, Jammin’
Drama Project is a participatory event that involved over 150 citizens of the Hispanic and Afri-
can-American community of Harlem.”
