Il Certificato di Garanzia accompagna ogni mobile e tutela il Cliente nel caso si
riscontrino dei difetti al ricevimento. Vengono forniti al Cliente anche semplici consigli per
il migliore utilizzo del mobile, la sua manutenzione e la protezione dai possibili danni
eventualmente arrecati da un ambiente non idoneo.
CERTIFICAZIONE ISO 9001
Morelato è un’azienda certificata da ICILA (Istituto per la Certificazione delle Imprese
dell’Arredamento e del Legno) con certificato n° 80 del 1997. La produzione dei mobili è
conforme agli standard qualitativi del sistema internazionale UNI EN ISO 9001.
CERTIFICAZIONE GOST-R
Morelato è certificata Gost-r - N° POCC IT.AE10 .BO2119.
PROVE DI LABORATORIO
I mobili sono sottoposti a test periodici in laboratori specializzati per verificare che le
caratteristiche e la funzionalità si mantengano nel breve, medio e lungo termine. I test
misurano: l’adesione della lucidatura alle superfici, la resistenza delle sedie, indagini sui
difetti e ricerca minuziosa su altre caratteristiche dei prodotti.
FORO COMPETENTE
Per ogni contestazione o controversia unico competente sarà l’Autorità giudiziaria del
Foro di Verona.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
The Warranty Certificate accompanies each piece of furniture and protects the Customer in
case defects are found upon receipt. Simple advice is also provided to the Customer on the
best use of the furniture, its maintenance and protection from possible damage that may
be caused by an unsuitable environment.
ISO 9001 WARRANTY
Morelato is a company certified by ICILA (Institute for the Certification of Furniture and
Woodworking Enterprises) with certificate No. 80 of 1997. Furniture production complies
with the quality standards of the international UNI EN ISO 9001 system.
GOST-R CERTIFICATE

LABORATORY TESTS
Furniture undergoes periodic testing in specialized laboratories to verify that features and
functionality are maintained in the short, medium, and long term. Tests measure: polish
adhesion to surfaces, chair strength, defect investigations, and meticulous research into
other product characteristics.
JURISDICTION
For any dispute or controversy sole competent will be the Judicial Authority of the Court of
Verona.
