60’s: a quiet street and exclusive area of Forte dei Marmi, Via
Benedetto Croce. Here, among Palm trees and pines, the Riello’s
family built a large holidays villa that stands out for size and style:
800 square meters, immersed in a park of 3,500 square meters.
Clean design and constructive policy of refined luxury of the time:
the pink marble, terraces and porches, large windows overlooking
the greens and a large swimming pool with mosaic.
Over time the House is passed to other owners.
Carelessness and the gradual neglect brought the building to a
state of severe degradation that has not cancelled the balanced
beauty of space and proportions.
