The wine room is the central environment of cottage on the ground floor, originally planned
in the basement. A change during construction has dedicated that area as the apartment for
servants, laundry and storage rooms. On the ground floor, on the other hand, a large leisure
area includes the wine room, featured by minimalist furniture from pure white color and
precious curtains with exceptional upholstery and walnut wooden floors and walls. Also part of
the entertainment area the gymnasium, technical environment heated by the warm colours of
the walls and bleached oak floor. There are the most efficient fitness equipment and a large TV
screen: from the gym is possible to enjoy the view of the pool on which the environment opens
through a wide glass window and outdoor teak wooden floor.
The cinema completes the recreation area. There is a very large TV screen for films viewing and
comfortable armchairs in ivory leather, for a movie in complete relaxation.
