La capacité \nde se transformer de canapé en \nlit, d’un simple geste de rota-\ntion du dossier. \nL’habitat idéal de Vertigo est \ndouble lui aussi. Le bureau de \ndirection, où il accueille les in-\nvités et se prête à de courtes \npauses de relax grâce à sa pe-\ntite taille, son design linéaire \net son ergonomie. Mais aussi la \nmaison, où le canapé se tran-\nsforme en lit et accueille les in-\nvités sans compromettre aucu-\nnement le confort et le design.\nCONCEPT\nIl progetto Vertigo è un'architettura radica-\nle. Gli elementi sono ridotti all'essenziale e \nciascuno svolge la sua funzione con rigore \ne eleganza. \nIl daybed che vive due volte. Algido e sensua-\nle come la protagonista del film cult \ndi Alfred Hitchock. Un progetto che \nfa della doppia identità il suo tratto \noriginale. La lucentezza del metallo e \nl’opacità del cuoio. La linearità della \nstruttura e la morbidezza delle cusci-\nnature. La tecnica del meccanismo e \nl'artigianalità delle cuciture sartoriali. \nLa capacità di trasformarsi da divano \na letto, con un semplice gesto di rota-\nzione dello schienale. \nAnche l'habitat ideale di Vertigo è \nduplice. L'ufficio executive, dove si \npresta a brevi pause di relax per le \ndimensioni contenute, il design line-\nare e l'ergonomia. The elements have been stripped back \nto their bare essentials, with each serving \nits purpose precisely and elegantly. \nThe daybed that lives twice.
